Jason Sinclair

The words we don't always know how to say

Jason Sinclair is an independent Australian alt-country and Americana songwriter from Queensland's Sunshine Coast. His songs are built around honest storytelling, drawing inspiration from ordinary moments, quiet conversations and the people we become through life's successes, failures and second chances. Rather than chasing big statements, his writing finds meaning in the small details that often go unnoticed.

Influenced by artists such as Jason Isbell, Zach Bryan and Townes Van Zandt, Jason's music blends reflective lyrics with understated acoustic arrangements, creating songs that feel more like conversations than performances. His debut album, Found, explores themes of resilience, gratitude, identity, forgiveness and home through a collection of deeply personal yet universally relatable stories.

When he's not writing or recording, Jason can usually be found with a guitar in hand, refining songs one line at a time. He believes the best music doesn't tell people what to think—it simply holds up a mirror and reminds us that even the most ordinary lives often contain the most extraordinary stories.
